26-year-old Ashlee Simpson has sold her home in the 90210 district of Los Angeles for $3,475,000. The singer/songwriter/actress bought the 7,100 square foot house back in 2007 for $4,500,000. Built in 1992, this Mediterranean-style home's center piece is it's breathtaking courtyard. The courtyard includes a meditation garden, fountain, and fire pit.
