Jade Mills sold Mike Medavoy, now CEO of Phoenix Films, and his wife a home in a luxurious gated community in Beverly Hills. You may know of his production work from Shutter Island, Platoon, Robocop, The Terminator, Dances with Wolves, and Silence of the Lambs. This 9,020 square-foot home is what they consider their dream home, and they had their eye on it for three years before they actually bought it. The home has a private-screening room for all of the movies he will have to be watching. This community is home to other celebrities such as Robbie Williams, Brian Wilson, Vanna White, and Charlie Sheen. It has great community living aspects like neighborly tennis matches and pick-up basketball games. It would be nice to live among people who have the same kind of lifestyle as you and you could become close friends with them. I’m sure the Medavoys are enjoying their dream house and the community.
