Candy Spelling, the widow of the late Aaron spelling and mother to Tori Spelling, is selling her 150 million dollar mansion in Beverly Hills. Built in 1991, the 4.7-acre Holmby Hills is the most expensive listing in the United States right now and is destined to be on the market for quite a while. At three stories high, this French château-looking mansion is 56,500 square feet and is equipped with its own barbershop, Aaron Spelling's automated projection room, a bowling alley, a flower-cutting room, a wine cellar/tasting room, and a silver storage room with humidity control. It is supposed to have more than 100 rooms, but Candy Spelling says she's never counted them. Outside there is a swimming pool with a pool house, a tennis court, a koi pond, gardens, and a citrus orchard. The parking lot alone can accommodate 100 vehicles, as well as holds 16 carports. Realtor Kurt Rappaport, the co-founder of Westside Estate Agency, Beverly Hills, says"If they get the right person at the right moment they have a shot." Jade Mills would be an incredible asset to this selling situation. Jade would be able to find just the right person at exactly the right time.
