The infamous 94-year-old actress Zsa Zsa Gabor has had her mansion on the Bel Air real estate market since January 2011. She has not yet been able to sell it, and her poor health has forced her to downsize to a home that will enable her to have an easier quality of life. She is moving to a 1.5 million dollar condo in Westwood with her husband. The mansion, built by Howard Hughes, is 8,000 square feet and holds 26 rooms. It is selling for $28 million, however, it was bought from Elvis Presley at only $600,000. Gabor's homestead is on is beautifully landscaped, with plenty of outdoor room for entertaining. One can only imagine what wonderful times were had by Zsa Zsa and her guests at this fabulous mansion. It's hard to know whether or not her house will sell at that price considering many other celebrities are selling their homes for much less in the same area. With Gabor's recent health problems, if she were able to sell her home it would be one last thing for her to worry about.
